Terms of Service
By using the Kon Look Siuu website or any of our products (GoGoal, Cappybara, Planto, and future releases — collectively, "the Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
Our products are provided for personal use, or — in the case of Planto — for use by a business workspace and its members. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, and credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Accounts
Most products let you optionally create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Planto requires an account (Apple or Google) to participate in a company workspace; the workspace owner controls membership and roles.
3. Third-party integrations
Some features depend on third-party services — for example, Cappybara's Google Sheets integration requires you to sign in with your Google account and grant permission to create and edit a spreadsheet. GoGoal may surface market data from external providers. Planto uses third-party providers for authentication (Apple, Google, Firebase), push notifications, image storage, and product analytics (PostHog). You can revoke any third-party access at any time from the provider's account settings.
4. Data accuracy
Automated features such as OCR slip scanning, categorization, and market data may occasionally produce inaccurate results. You should verify important information yourself. Kon Look Siuu is not responsible for errors in automated data extraction or for third-party data feeds.
5. Availability
We strive to keep the Services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Cloud sync and integrations depend on server and third-party availability, and may be changed or discontinued.
6. Intellectual property
The Kon Look Siuu name, logos, and the software and content we publish are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your own content and data.
7. No financial advice
Our products are tools, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information shown — including portfolio data, expense summaries, or market content — is for informational purposes only. Decisions you make based on it are your own.
8. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kon Look Siuu is not liable for any financial decisions made based on data in the Services, for any data loss, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or to comply with legal obligations.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
